Trump's Granddaughter Seeks Expert Advice from Golf Legend Woods Before LPGA First Appearance

Emerging athlete preparing for significant competition

The rising star boasts considerable online audience

Kai Trump can count on plenty of prominent cheerleaders as she makes her professional golf debut this Thursday.

This teenage golfer, who is related to Donald Trump, received a special exemption to participate at the Annika competition in the Sunshine State.

Her grandfather, someone who loves golf, possesses multiple courses worldwide and regularly matches against his granddaughter.

"He's quite skilled. I can't reveal details but we have competitive games," she stated.

She mentioned that her grandfather, who cannot attend, counseled her: "Simply stay calm."

"He practically suggested to go out there and relax," she added.

"To me, he's just a normal grandpa. He won't be there this weekend. He's focused on world affairs, so he's somewhat preoccupied."

While still amateur, Kai has participated in just three tournaments recently and holds ranking 461 in AJGA listings.

However she can seek guidance from golf legend, in a relationship with Kai's mother.

"He is the top athlete worldwide," the young golfer said.

"And he's an even better person. He suggested me to go out there, relax, adapting to whatever happens."

Kai will face several the biggest names in the sport at the competition, such as second-ranked Nelly Korda, England's Charley Hull, professional Thompson and 2023 champion champion Vu.

Officials commented that Kai's presence brings the sport to new audiences, specifically with youth audiences.

Kai has substantial online presence and has started a personal apparel and wellness company.

Her first tee time at 5:30 PM GMT.
